My Story about home office during COVID19

Those special days working at home with me and my team (1)

from end of Jan and February, COVID19 is spreading quickly in China.Chinese new year has to be pronged again and again.But business can't stop so long.What we can do except waiting?l'll share what we have done during these difficult but special days.

My name is Mandy Chou,CEO of Deligreen.We are a small company .currently has 7 staff.Our main business is lifepo4 battery,BMS,Balancer,EV cables ,exporting over 80countries. 

During the most serious days of COVID19 in China, we should have started working on Feb2 but due to COVID19,we can't go to office.  The holiday is prolonged again and again. Then we started to work at home since Feb3.From Feb3～Feb23,we worked at home about 20days. during these days,we have many orders. Everyone works very hard. Our business didn't affect much.Moreover all the staff are healthy and optimistic. Actually we also meet many challenges such as the lead time, the transportation, doubt from clients and many other difficulties.But how we overcome the difficulties and reach our goal?

in order to make sure everyone has clear goal for everyday's work,we had morning meeting and evening meeting everyday. 9:00 am and 18:00pm. the meeting must including these contents:

a small funny game at the beginning, every must tell the goal today in the morning. Then check if they have finished the task in the evening.  Every one must write a daily report.We have app called "Dingding". i believe you have similar app in your area.

Sometimes we will came up with a topic in advance.All the members have a brainstorming. One person should record the idea or conclusion of the meeting. the meeting time must be limited to 30~45min. Everyone need to be the host in turn for one day.please see the screenshot of the video meeting. Everyone must attend the meeting on time.
