Their call lasted over an hour, as Battery Lady carefully walked him through troubleshooting steps.

What they discovered was not a flaw in our batteries, but a mismatch in the system configuration. 

Jamaica’s abundant sunshine generates massive amounts of power from solar panels, and the client’s inverter was undersized for the setup. 

This caused the battery to charge too quickly, leading to overheating and a burned wire harness. 

When Michael opened up the battery, he was astonished: the battery cells themselves were completely intact and functional.

"That moment was a game-changer for me," Michael said. "Seeing that the battery survived such extreme conditions proved beyond a shadow of a doubt the quality of your products. My confidence in your brand skyrocketed."

 He then resolved the issue by removing two solar panels to balance the system, and the off-grid setup was back to full operation in no time.
